What is Shoot & Play Date™?

Been wondering to yourself, ‘what on earth is Shoot & Play Date™️?’

Well…

It’s an opportunity to take your camera off the shelf and learn how to use it!

It’s a chance to play with your kids and meet other families doing the same thing.

It’s a way to build the motherhood community and grow in all things together!

So many parts of our society make you leave motherhood behind to participate but not here. 

I want you to BRING YOUR KIDS WITH YOU!

Learn photography.

Play, play, play.

Enjoy your city.

Make friends.

Experience the community around you. 

At each play date, we will meet at a kid-friendly location in or around Houston. 

Once we are all gathered, we will huddle up to learn a lesson on our cameras and spend the rest of the play date practicing and playing with our kids (yes, I bring mine too!).

It’s that simple!

A few years ago I was just minding my own business and this idea popped into my head. I had been really trying to brainstorm ways to build a community around motherhood and add to it my love of teaching and photography, the other heartthrob in my life.

A space to encourage and educate moms where they are, doing the mom things. Being amazing WITH their kids. Taking the steps to record their family’s lives with a camera.
